Regulatory Agencies

The Agency in Miami was established as an International Banking Agency in December 1986 with the approval of the Office of Financial Regulation (formerly Department of Banking and Finance ) of the State of Florida. This international license allows a wide range of banking activities in the United States, with the exception of raising funds from American citizens and residents, unless these are to secure foreign trade transactions.
The Miami Agency is regulated and supervised by the Office of Financial Regulation of the State of Florida ("OFR") and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. To contact them, use the links provided.
